Terms of service
These terms cover your use of bestvenue. Using the product means you accept them.
Your account
You are responsible for your workspace and for the people you invite into it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and remove people who leave your venue. You must be able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction to open an account.
Your data belongs to you
Everything you put into bestvenue — your bookings, contacts, and client history — remains yours. We store and process it to run the product, and we make it exportable. We do not sell it or use it to build anything other than your own account.
Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Trials are free for fourteen days and do not require a card. Cancel at any time from the app; your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not refund partial periods except where the law requires it.
Deposits you collect
Deposits and balances collected through Stripe are between you, your client, and Stripe. We do not take a share, and we are not a party to your rental agreements. Stripe's own terms apply to those payments.
Availability
We work to keep bestvenue running and to warn you before planned maintenance, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Nothing here makes us liable for a booking you lose to an outage — keep your own record of confirmed events.
Acceptable use
Do not use bestvenue to break the law, to store other people's data without a right to it, to send unsolicited bulk email, or to attempt to reach another customer's workspace.
Ending it
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend an account that breaches these terms or goes unpaid, and we will tell you why. On closure you have 30 days to export your data before deletion.
Changes
If we change these terms materially, we will email account owners before the change takes effect.
