Questions we get asked

What counts as a venue?

One building or site, with as many bookable rooms inside it as you like. A hotel with four breakout rooms and a ballroom is one venue. Two properties across town are two.

Do you charge per user?

No. Single venue includes five people because most single-site teams are smaller than that; House and Group are unlimited. We would rather your floor staff had access than have you ration logins.

What does the trial include?

Everything on the House plan for fourteen days, without a card. If you do nothing at the end of it, the account pauses rather than charging you.

Do you take a cut of deposits?

No. Deposits go through your own Stripe account and land in your bank. Stripe's processing fee is Stripe's; we do not add to it.

Can we get our data out?

Yes, at any time and without asking. Bookings, contacts, and payment history export as CSV.

What if we outgrow a plan mid-season?

Change plan whenever you like and we prorate it. Nothing about your calendar changes when you do.
